GASP and BETTER BODIES at FitGR:  Both brands, GASP and Better Bodies are high quality gear made in Sweden by Swedish Fitness.  These brands have been being built for years with huge acceptance in many countries around the globe.  They're typically found in smaller fitness related specialty store.  These brands represent a lifestyle.  They are not meant for everyone.  GASP and Better Bodies can count on Fit Gear Republic to bring them the entire collection, new items as soon as they are available, and sale items as long as they last.

Mad Max is a unique product to the USA.  It offers many styles of mens and ladies workout gloves, belts, and accessories.  Fit Gear Republic is the USA's retailer and distributor of these products.  Use the CONTACT US form above to let us know if you're interested in wholesale pricing for your gym, supplement shop, or sporting goods store.

Ordering:  Orders can be placed using any of the following methods: 

• ONLINE - FitGR has built an online store designed for ordering these products.  Fulfillment technologies ensures the timeliest shipments and up to date and convenient tracking facilities. 
• BY PHONE - Call us at 877-200-6154 between the hours of 9 and 5, central time, USA. 
• IN PERSON - Visit our showroom in Richardson, Texas at 2050 N Plano Road, Ste 200.

Time to Ship: When you shop online at FitGR.com, all items are individually marked with SHIPS NOW or SHIPS IN A FEW DAYS.  In both cases items are tagged as in stock (unless otherwise noted).  SHIPS NOW items are available and will likely be shipped same day.  Items in an order marked with SHIPS IN A FEW DAYS will likely be shipped within a week.  If an order contaings both type items, it will be shipped when the order is ready in its entirety.  Give us a call if you'd like your order split.

Shipping: Our online store provides pre-calculated shipping options once items are selected and a shipping address is entered.  Shipping cost is based on the weight of the order.  FedEx options include Ground/Home delivery that takes a couple days in the USA for delivery (typically $6 to $10), and Overnight ($20 plus).  USPS options include Priority Mail at about two days (from $4.95) and Express Mail for overnight delivery (about $17 plus based on weight).

Tracking: With your Order number or Reference number, and your ship-to zip code, you can check the status of your order anytime.  Visit our site and enter these credentials in the space provided and an updated tracking or estimated ship date will be provided.

Sizing:  For sizing information, refer to our Sizing Chart (there's a link on the shopping pages).  If you are in between 2 sizes or not sure, order both sizes, and return the one that doesn't fit for a full credit of the returned item (you will be responsible for all applicable shipping fees).

Return & Exchanges:  If it's not just right we will gladly accept returns made within 30 days of receipt, provided the item has not been worn or damaged in any way.  IMPORTANT:  Returns must be received in the condition you received them with all the tags and the original packaging! Of course, we can not refund your shpping or return shipping fees.  Currently for USA customers we do not charge for the replacement item's shipping fee (so it's a good time to add some stuff to that package!).

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

1. REQUEST AN RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) from the Contact Us page link or call us at 972-499-4742.

2.  Note the reason for the return in the "Your Message" section of the contact form.

3.  Pack and seal your return securely (try to use the original package as it usually ends up being a great return package).  WRITE THE RMA NUMBER ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE!  Packages must be returned prepaid.  We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.  Returns without a valid RMA on the outside the package will be automatically rejected.  This is a requirement and not a policy, so please get your RMA Number first by letting us know via the Contact Us page.

4.  Now you're ready to ship.  For your own protection be sure to send all returns insured and in a traceable manner such as FedEx or USPS priority mail with tracking.  We can not be held responsible for lost return packages.

*Returns can only be made for items purchased at Fit Gear Republic or FitGR.com sites.

*For international exchanges, we will collect $15 to help cover the return cost of shipping (it's always more than that).

If you ordered the item more than 30 days ago, you can still return the products for a refund if they are in saleable condition, but we will charge a 25% re-stocking fee.

Please note:  Due to health regulations, all sales of underwear (including posing trunks) are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Privacy & Security:   What information about customers does Fit Gear Republic collect?
We collect two types of information. The first is general information regarding the usage of our Web site. We track the number of people who visit each page, where visitors are coming from, how many pages on average are visited, etc., in order to help us constantly improve our site. All of this data is used in aggregate, and we make no effort to track users individually. Secondly, We gather and store all information (NOT credit card!) entered when placing an order on our Web site or over the phone, as well as information received through surveys, contest forms, and email communications.

Does Fit Gear Republic share any customer information?
Information about our customers and site visitors is an extremely important part of our business, and we do not sell, rent, lease, or give away ANY customer information to third parties*. Any information we gather is solely used to either fill orders or communicate with our customers and newsletter subscribers.

* The ONLY company with whom we share your contact information is to postal carriers (USPS and FedEx), as it is necessary for them to have your contact information to deliver your package.
